1. Open http://www.pagemodo.com/ and click on the option Start connect with Facebook

Now choose your theme that you want to create

Now choose your background color or picture

Now Edit your content. Choose particular picture frame and upload your picture and adjust it

Now your Cover picture is ready, click on the Publish to my Profile option.

Now Click on the Change cover picture option and select the picture from gallery.
