How To Disable Splash Screen in Office 2010 ?

Every time when we are opening a office 2010 & office 2013 application we need to be wait for Splash screen.

Today i am going to show you how easily you can open your office application without splash screen.

For Word :-

How To Disable Splash Screen in Office 2010

Open the Run command and  Enter winword.exe /q ( Run > winword.exe /q ). it will open your word without splash screen. Same command will be used for word 2013 also.

If you don’t want to always use the run command then create the shortcut

and enter the below command.

“C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice14WINWORD.EXE” Files (x86)Microsoft OfficeOffice14WINWORD.EXE” /q

For Excel :-

Open the Run command and  Enter excel.exe /e ( Run > excel.exe /e ). it will open your excel without splash screen. Same command will be used for excel 2013 also.

or create Shortcut with

“C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice14WINWORD.EXE” Files (x86)Microsoft OfficeOffice14EXCEL.EXE” /e

For Powerpoint :-

Open the Run command and  Enter powerpoint.exe /s ( Run >powerpnt.exe /s). it will open your powerpoint without splash screen. Same command will be used for Powerpoint 2013 also.

“C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice14WINWORD.EXE” Files (x86)Microsoft OfficeOffice14powerpoint.exe” /s
