Many corporations utilize Microsoft Outlook in conjunction with Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft SharePoint Server for employees to coordinate meetings, calendars and shared mailboxes and folders.

A version of Microsoft Outlook for Windows Mobile devices, Outlook Mobile, enables users to synchronize their Outlook data to their smartphones. Additionally, numerous Outlook add-ons are available for integrating Microsoft Outlook with BlackBerry and other mobile smartphone devices.

Microsoft Outlook is one of the most used email client. Most of the time it,s going slow.

Today i am going to show you How you can Optimize the Microsoft outlook 2007 & 10.

1. Disable Unnecessary add-in :- 

In outlook 2010, Go to File > Option > Click on the Add-ins

Now uncheck the unnecessary addins

2. Compact your PST files :- 

Go to File > Info > Account Setting > Select your PST file > Select setting and click on the Compact now option.

3. Split your outlook Storage :-

4. Download latest patches from the Microsoft website
