There are lots of different browsers and they all claim to be fast, but the actual speeds you’ll get depend on all sort of factors, including your particular computers hardware and set-up. Today I am going to show you How to benchmark your browsers to find out which is the best one for your PC.
- Download the latest versions of the browsers you want to test. There are various benchmarking services. I will start with Futuremark;s peacekeeper.
Open the first browser and go to peacekeeper.futuremark.com. Give the Java Plug-in permission to run if asked. And click Go.
The site runs a series of tests. Information at the bottom of the screen will tell you what it/s currently doing, and why.
When it,s finished, you’ll be presented with score (the higher the better) and the browsers HTML5 capablities.
Click the green bar to view more detailed information and see the OPS (operations per second).
Now click on the Test another Browser option
Now i tested in Internet Explorer 10.
