As a IT professional sometimes we need to be deal with most virus infected computer.
When your computer is infected , most of the time you are not even to run antivirus in normal way.

You need to be download one rescue disk from the above rescue disk and burn it into the CD. Boot your computer from rescue cd. it will run the antivirus scan. It will remove the most infection from your computer.
Personally i tested all the rescue disk and i find Avira Rescue disk as a most effective.
