How to White-list particular domain in Cisco IronPort :-

Cisco IronPort Email Security Appliances (ESA) wants to help make sure your emails are getting delivered to you! In order to help ensure proper delivery of emails to your inbox, you can add senders of legitimate emails to your whitelist, also called the Approved or Safe Sender list.

In my previous article i wrote about How to allow Quarantine email from the Ironport and it’s always good practice to add your business domains in white-list.

Today i am going to show you How to White-list particular domain in Cisco IronPort ?

To add any domain in Whitelist domain, navigate to Mail Policies > Incoming Content Filters

Then select the Cluster mode.

Then double-click on the DKIM_Verify ( Default Policies) option.

Then select the 3rd Envelope sender option.

Now in the Envelope Sender, you have to add your domain. Press end button on your keyboard to go to end option and enter your domain information after | (pipe ) .

Then click on the “Commit Changes “ option.

Then click on the commit change option to save your changes.

If your want to undo your commit changes then click on the “Abandon Changes” option.
