How to Stop Windows 10 PC to sharing your Wi-Fi:-
Windows 10 introduces a few new feature called Wi-Fi sense which lets you connect to open hotspots and wireless networks that have been shared by your friends, and share your own wireless network with outlook.com, skype contacts and facebook friends, without having to give them actual wi-fi password.
If you don’t want to share your own network then navigate to
Start > Settings > Network and internet> Wifi manage wifi settings and turn off the sharing features.
